We are big fans of our favorite snack at the Pickle Emporium and when we have walked into a little store or a farmers market and found a pickle we haven’t tried before, we would get really really excited… to an almost unhealthy extent. Unfortunately those pickle finds were happening less and less.
We had to find a way to always have new, interesting, and unique pickle products in our fridge. That's when the Pickle Emporium was born, during a time when quality, interest, and downright thrill about pickles was nowhere to be seen. So here it is. A curated collection of locally made gourmet pickled goods.
